Most of you were probably aware that the MTV Video Music Awards were being held not too long ago. And maybe some of you saw the small “fight” between Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus. Basically, Nicki called her out after picking up one of her rewards for best music video because of a few comments Miley had said about Nicki during the interview with the New York Times (obviously they weren’t very positive).
Not all people who own an Instagram want to be famous, it’s not everyone’s goal. And we get that. But we must all admit that we like it when people acknowledge our work or anything we upload. We like getting compliments. That’s why everyone, in some way or another, seek some sort of activity on their profiles. They never strive for an empty Instagram account.
Famous singer Beyoncé Knowles was the most followed user on Instagram until this past month, when Kim Kardashian took her spot. However, her husband and famous rapper Jay-Z never even had an account. On August 29th he opened an account, though, and uploaded only one pic. And for a cool reason!
This year has been by far Instagram’s best in terms of activity and growing users. Each day there’s more and more content out there so it’s very hard to find things. But we really enjoy finding lovely and interesting Instagram account for you to check out and/or follow. Today we’re going to be recommending a few, all from Australia. But be careful, you might end up looking at the great pictures for hours.
Pictures at Instagram have a much defined format, which has helped form a brand image for one of the most successful companies in the world. Since it was created in 2010, the pictures uploaded by users had to have a square format, i.e. a 1:1 ratio. In other words, you could not upload a panorama or a rectangular picture, unless you wanted it to be extremely cropped. Until now.
